Commodity Trading & Brokerage
Farmties Capital offers professional commodity trading and brokerage services, execute orders on behalf of clients in a timely manner to buy and sell commodity contracts on the Afex Trading Exchange. Rural farmers typically lack the necessary know-how, resources and infrastructure to attract investors and industry players who need agricultural inputs usually have specific market standards that small scale farmers and local commodity traders don’t meet up to. Our work is to bridge this gap by establishing a well-managed procurement, logistics, processing and sales system where suppliers can get fair remuneration and agro-allied companies get sufficient value. We trade soybeans, maize, ginger, paddy rice, cashew, and sorghum.
